Medical Office Administrator
Cassandra is the main point of contact for the office, and with her exceptional communication and patient care skills, handles all communications, bookings, and patient relations.
Inga & Kelsey
Office Nurses
Inga and Kelsey, our office nurses, see many of our post-operative patients and have a composed manner and compassionate personalities. They also assists with home visits for certain procedures.
Dr. Evans
Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Morgan Evans is a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certified Plastic Surgeon. A medical graduate from the Island, Dr. Evans completed his plastic surgery training at UBC in Vancouver, and additional craniofacial surgery training at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Royal Jubilee Hospital
The majority of reconstructive and trauma surgeries, inpatient surgeries, and skin cancers are managed at RJH - a 500 bed hospital and the largest on Vancouver Island.
Victoria General Hospital
Certain reconstructive surgeries, pediatric surgeries, and some skin cancers are performed at VGH - a 420 bed hospital and acute care center in View Royal, BC.
Saanich Peninsula Hospital
Occasionally, outpatient elective surgery and skin cancer surgery is performed at SPH - a 200 bed hospital in Saanichton, BC.
Private cosmetic procedures are performed at Victoria Surgery, a spacious, modern facility located on the entire third floor of 715 Finlayson St. in Victoria, British Columbia
South Island Surgical Center
SISC is an Island Health owned out-patient only facility in View Royal where elective surgeries and skin cancer resections are performed.
The Office
Suite 301 at 1625 Oak Bay Avenue is home base for initial in-person and telemedicine consultations, follow-ups, and minor surgical procedures.
